Serpent's Deceit (Declaration)

I, Tulip Garcia, am making the following diary entries voluntarily while I'm in my complete senses. I have no mental illness and do not have any record of having one. I'm not on any drugs, alcohol, or any other substances when I'm writing each entry.

This document contains, as much as my memory and awareness serve, the events and actions that preceded my own actions, the details of my actions, and whatever followed. The sole purpose of this document is to keep the truth intact as it is and hand it to the person or organization when needed. 

At the time I'm writing this, I do not know what will happen to me. But there's a possible chance I will face legal consequences for my actions. I'm accepting the fact that this document can be used as my confession to the law enforcement should the situation arise. 

I confess and take responsibility for all the crimes I have committed as documented here. Whatever the consequences, I accept it willingly if I am in such a condition to do so. Also, I demand the consequences for every person documented here who was involved in criminal activities. Every name, place, and date mentioned here is real and has not been altered. Everything written here is only the truth and nothing is altered or falsified.

The entries are in chronological order as the events proceed. I'm a human and I have limited capabilities. I've written everything my memory has served. The attachments serve as additional proof of the events and actions. 

I write this record with full awareness of its implications, consequences, and without any expectation of forgiveness.
